Due to the freshness and perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds once your order has shipped.

If There’s a Problem:

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours at admin@ccookies.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description

We’ll do our best to make it right with:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (rare cases)
